The future of DEESAN was imprinted well back in 1962 with the initiation of Rabatex Group in that year. A proud history with a humble beginning by manufacturing precision spares for Ingersoll-Rand air compressor, Hindustan Tractor Components, and textile machinery industry, which subsequently transformed into a textile machinery manufacturing giant. Later the group made its footprint throughout the globe to achieve the status of a multi-national company.

Emphasizing indigenously supported Research and development, the group accomplished many new feats in the Indian textile machinery manufacturing area viz. First high tech fully automatic multi servo drive sectional warper to suit all segments of the weaving industry which are fully adaptable to the exact warping needs of the particular segment/area. Third-generation hydraulic material handling equipment for the textile industry and programmable automatic storage equipment.
